This is a new workshop that offers a lens to the horse through the concepts and philosophies of yoga. The session will include breathing, meditation, movement, discussions of yoga philosophy and plenty of one on one time with the horses. The horses naturally mirror back their partners and respond to energy in the moment. This is a beautiful opportunity to create new stories and explore new pathways. Participants are invited to bring a lunch and stay after to process their experience. Bring a journal and take photos as well. No previous horse experience is necessary.
