Rest & Reconnection is a nature-based retreat designed to soothe the nervous system and gently restore connection to self, others, and the natural world. Through the calm, intuitive presence of horses, the healing resonance of a sound bath, and the safety of guided sharing, you’ll be invited into stillness, awareness, and deep inner healing.

Blending equine-assisted learning, somatic mindfulness, and creative reflection, this peaceful outdoor experience offers space to explore co-regulation, embodied presence, and the quiet power of shared space. A restorative pause for burnout, grief, transitions, or simply relief from the busyness of life.
