Rest & Reconnection is a nature-based retreat designed to soothe the nervous system and gently restore connection to self, others, and the natural world. Through the calm, intuitive presence of horses, the healing resonance of a sound bath, and the safety of guided sharing, you’re invited into stillness, awareness, and deep inner healing.

This is not about learning or doing—it’s about being. There are no goals to meet and nothing to achieve. You’ll spend slow, spacious, undemanding time with the horses, where presence replaces performance and rest becomes the medicine. Blending the presence of the herd, somatic mindfulness, and creative reflection, this peaceful outdoor experience offers space to explore co-regulation, embodied awareness, and the quiet power of shared stillness.

Rest & Reconnection is a restorative pause for those moving through burnout, grief, transition, or simply the weight of a busy life. A chance to exhale, soften, and remember what it feels like to be supported by nature, breath, and gentle connection.
