10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
These gatherings are quiet, self-led open studio experiences held outdoors, where the horses move freely in the pasture. There is no instruction and no guided interaction — simply their natural presence, steady rhythm, and the open space of sky and land.
Each session offers three unhurried hours to paint, draw, photograph, journal, or sit in reflective observation.
Bring your materials.
Follow the light.
Let inspiration arise without pressure.
Participants may work in silence or soft conversation. The atmosphere is intentionally calm and respectful of both people and horses.
Please bring all of your own materials, seating, and refreshments. Dress comfortably for outdoor conditions.
Suggested donation: $45 per session
Advance registration is required, as space is intentionally limited to preserve quiet and presence.
Your donation directly supports the care of the horses and stewardship of the land.
With gratitude, we acknowledge that this land is part of the traditional ancestral territory of the Chumash people. We honor the original caretakers of this place and recognize their enduring relationship with this land.
These creative mornings will be offered periodically throughout the year, with dates announced in advance.
Come when it calls you. Leave a little more spacious than you arrived.
